Accord

Accord is a mastermind crime boss from Boston who found his way to Brockton Bay after the Slaughterhouse Nine destroyed his hideout. His Thinker ability allows him to create complex plans and designs, and he gets more intelligent and capable in proportion to the difficulty and complexity of his problem.
