Anti-Cap

After a terrorist attack killed his girlfriend, a young man enlisted in the navy. He was chosen to undergo an experimental project to replicate Captain America. Instead of using a serum, his powers are derived from patches called AVX which were based upon what gave Luke Cage his powers. With this, he becomes Anti-Cap, the sum of America’s fears contrasting to Captain America being the product of America’s hopes.
