Aquaman
Arthur Curry, also known as Aquaman, was born to the Atlantean Princess Atlana and lighthouse keeper Tom Curry. His mother left him soon after his birth to return to Atlantis and was later killed, leading to his father raising him. Arthur possesses a warrior’s spirit and a drive to protect his kingdom and loved ones, though he is prone to aggression. Despite often not wanting the throne, he is a natural-born leader. Aquaman’s extensive powers stem from his identity as a human/Atlantean hybrid (New 52) or his royal bloodline (Pre 52). Regardless of backstory, he is an exceptionally powerful Atlantean, many times stronger than a regular Atlantean.

Underwater Adaptation

- Powers slowly diminish when out of water for long periods, though this typically takes many hours to occur.
