Bill Dunn - The Superman

Bill Dunn was initially a poor man waiting in a bread-line daily. Singled out by misanthropic scientist Professor Smalley, he was taken for a hot meal and recruited for an experiment with a strange meteorite. Exposure granted him telepathy, mind control, and telescopic vision, but corrupted him into a supervillain renaming himself the Superman.
