Colonel Volgin - The Man On Fire

Colonel Volgin was one of the top military players of the Cold War. After inheriting the Philosopher’s Legacy, a multi-billion dollar trust fund, he put all his efforts and resources into creating weapons and schemes to win the war for the USSR. However, he despised Khrushchev’s methods of peace and chose a more violent approach. After being awoken from a coma, Psycho Mantis remotely took control of Colonel Volgin, transforming him into the killing machine known as the Man on Fire. For scaling purposes, refer to Big Boss’s respect thread.
