Composite Superman

Joe Meach was a failed high diver saved from a fatal stunt by Superman. Given the job of caretaker of the Superman museum, Meach grew resentful of Superman and Batman. Lightning struck statuettes of the Legion of Superheroes, duplicating every particle in their bodies and transferring their powers to Meach. He became the Composite Superman to destroy the world’s finest duo as one of their strongest villains.

• However the power Composite Superman gets from the Legion statuettes doesn’t last forever. After at least 12 hours, he must recharge his powers, either by using a device like in the previous scan, or by blasting the Legion statuettes with lightning (source)
