Dagger
Tandy Bowen, a former street thief, gained the ability to channel Lightforce after exposure to an energy explosion from the collapse of Roxxon’s facility, the same night her father died in a car accident. Paired with Tyrone Johnson (Cloak), who channels Darkforce, they form a bond after sharing minds and visions. Overcoming personal traumas including family abuse, addiction, and a suicide attempt, they use their powers to fight Roxxon, terrors, and the villain D’Ysquale (Andre), who preys on young women to ascend to godhood as a loa. After defeating him, they leave New Orleans to become heroes.
