Deadpool

Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, is a wisecracking mercenary who was diagnosed with cancer. He sought treatment from Francis, who cured his cancer but made him immortal through experiments. After Francis threatened his girlfriend Vanessa, Deadpool pursued and killed him. Years later, after Vanessa’s death, Deadpool teamed up with the X-Men and confronted Cable, an upstart from the future, while dealing with various threats including Juggernaut and Russel.
