Dex-Starr - Post-Crisis

Dex-Starr is a cat who became a Red Lantern driven by rage over his owner’s death. He vows to find and kill those who hurt her, proclaiming himself a good kitty. His blood has been replaced with napalm-like plasma that he can project from his mouth, burning as long as anger fuels it, even in space.
