Doc Morbius
Doc Morbius was a host of a travelling Medicine show in this universe. His elixirs weren’t all scams however. When a spider got mixed up in one it gave Earth-31913 Spiderman his powers and his experimentations turned himself into the living vampire we know and love. Morbius hijacked a wagon train and kidnaped the passengers to work on a cure as well as killing some to satisfy his blood thirst.
