Doctor Bong

Lester Verde, aka Doctor Bong, is an evil scientist specializing in genetic engineering, particularly granting animals humanoid traits. He wears a bell-shaped helmet called a bellmet, which can be struck for various effects using a metal ball attached to his left arm after an accident. Prior to villainy, he wrote sensationalist stories for tabloids.
