Doctor Doom

In this reality, Tony Stark was Victor Von Doom’s roommate in college. Doom, discovering that his scholarship was not going to be renewed and seeing an opportunity to get rich, lied to Tony and forcibly switched minds with him, implanting fake memories in his mind. Tony (now in Doom’s body) was sent to Latveria, where he became a doctor and built an exo-suit for rescue. He would end up using it to fight Doom in an Iron Man armor.
