Eobard Thawne

Eobard Thawne was a scientist from the 25th century that replicated a certain Scarlet Speedster’s powers, but chose to use them for evil schemes rather than heroism. During one of said schemes, he traveled in time back to the 21st century, meeting the Flash, and swore that he would kill him, regardless of how many lives it took to pull it off.
