Eren Yeager

Eren Yeager was a child in the nation of Eldia, an island populated by large humanoid beasts called Titans. His life was normal until one of the walls protecting humanity from the Titans was destroyed, and he witnessed his mother being eaten by a Titan. At that point he swore to eliminate all Titans. To this end, he joined the Survey Corps, a group tasked with exploring areas outside of the wall. After becoming a member of the Survey Corps, the second wall of the city was attacked, and Eren nearly died in the ensuing invasion. However, he discovered for mysterious reasons he was capable of transforming into a Titan himself. He used that power to fight off the invasion, and eventually would use it in his crusade against the Titans.
