Eric O'Grady - the Irredeemable Ant-Man

Eric O’Grady was a low-level SHIELD agent who stole the Ant-Man suit from a lab and tested its functions while working for SHIELD. After misadventures, he joined the Initiative and teams like Norman Osborn’s Thunderbolts and the Secret Avengers as the third Ant-Man, before being killed saving a child from the Descendants. Black Ant is a Life Model Decoy of Eric O’Grady created by the Descendants after his death, who joined the Secret Avengers as a double agent, was destroyed, rebuilt by the Mad Thinker, and later joined supervillain groups often with Taskmaster.
