Jane Foster - The Mighty Thor

After being diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer, brilliant scientist Jane Foster visits New Asgard when she hears Thor’s old hammer call to her. The broken pieces of Mjølnir reassemble themselves and present to her, granting superhuman abilities. Operating as the Mighty Thor, she befriends King Valkyrie and defends New Asgard from Gorr the God Butcher, reuniting with Thor. However, continued use of Mjølnir significantly weakens her body, leading to her succumbing to cancer after joining the final fight against Gorr. Having died a warrior’s death, her soul goes to Valhalla, where Heimdall greets her.
