Joe Biden - The Stars and Strifes

After working with Barack Obama for a long time, Joe Biden suddenly betrayed him! While he initially claimed he was just investigating Obama’s weaknesses, and truly wanted to take over the country for himself, it’s later revealed that he just wanted Obama’s respect. After reconciling, they went on to fight Shaggy, and more, in The Stars and Strifes.

• Upon transforming, Shaggy said that Biden didn’t have to go that hard. (source)
• This took all his energy, causing him to collapse after the fight. Using it could cause him to die, and wipe out anyone in the surrounding areas. (source)

• Destroyed a large amount of stellar objects, and blew a hole in Shaggy. Afterwards, Shaggy commented that Biden doesn’t need to destroy planets and stuff. (source)

• Lets him banish someone to the shadow realm by forgetting they exist. Shaggy is seen fading out after this technique is used. (source)
