Lawnmower - Pokemon Anime: Pikachu's Pikaboo

The Lawnmower is the main antagonist of the Pikachu short ‘Pikachu’s Pikaboo’. It first appeared when Meowth and Wobbufet used it to mow a lawn, but it broke down. After Larvitar kicked a stone at it, it reactivated and unleashed chaos, making it one of the most evil and powerful lawnmowers.

Strength
- Overpowers a Donphan’s rollout attack (source)
- Rollout from other Donphan have brought down trees, plowed through solid rock, or one-shot Brock’s Onix who could shrug off a point-blank explosion; however, this Donphan may be weaker
- Sends Wobbufet and Meowth flying into the chimney of a nearby mansion (source)
- Seriously warps a shed while locked inside of it, presumably protected by toonforce (source)
Speed
- Clears the dirt off of Bulbasaur’s face just by roaring past him (source)
- Seems to be catching up to Ash’s Pokemon (source)
- Dodges multiple point-blank flamethrowers from Ash’s Cyndaquil (source)
- Leaps between multiple platforms to chase after Meowth and Wobbufet (source)
Durability/Endurance
- Bulbasaur’s razor leaf doesn’t scratch it; Bulbasaur’s razor leaf could cut clean through metal (source)
- Unharmed by a Donphan’s rollout (source)
- Takes a blast of electricity from Pikachu and just activates its chainsaws; Pikachu’s electricity could blow up a helicopter even in the first season (source)
- Takes a water gun from Totodile without slowing down; Ash’s Totodile could stop a runaway speed boat by firing a water gun forwards (source)
- Takes a kick from a Larvitar (source)
- Unfazed by part of a tree or at least the branches falling on it (source)
- Dropped into the ocean and is just pissed off (source)
- Hit by a log and then thrown by Ash’s Bayleef and is unfazed (source)
- Despite all of this, somehow the Pokemon manage to destroy it by locking it in a shed (source)
