Machio

Machio Naruzo is a bodybuilder and personal trainer who works at the Silverman Gym in Tokyo. He’s a true master of his craft, knowing pretty much everything about working out thanks to having studied personally under Harnnold Dogegenchonegger during his college years. He now works at the gym in order to help others get fit, and pass the good word of muscle onto others. Feats from after-chapter yonkoma are marked 4koma, due to questionable canonicity.
