Madame Gao

Madame Gao is one of the Five Fingers of the Hand, appearing outwardly as a harmless old lady but in reality a ruthless druglord with mind tricks and verbal manipulation skills. She has been alive since at least the 17th Century due to a regenerative elixir made from K’un-Lun dragon bones, which also granted her and other Hand members immortality. Gao used these bones to create ‘Steel Serpent’ heroin, which she distributed in New York and China. Her drug trade’s connection to Rand Enterprises led to conflict with Iron Fist Danny Rand, who discovered Gao’s poison was used in the plane crash that killed his parents.

Chi Blasts
