Makima

Makima is the woman in charge of Japan’s 4th Special Public Safety Division, leading the team of Denji, Aki Hayakawa, and Power to hunt Devils in pursuit of the Gun Devil, which slaughtered millions years ago. She is the main antagonist of the Public Safety Saga as the Control Devil, having lived a life of obtaining whatever she desired, including boys or bloodshed, but unable to control the Chainsaw Devil, leading her to cross any boundary to achieve her goals.
