Martian Manhunter

In the Injustice storyline, J’onn J’onzz (Martian Manhunter) teams up with Batman to kidnap Hawkgirl and impersonate her, successfully deceiving the Justice League and providing intelligence to Batman for an extended period. The ruse is exposed when Robin deduces the truth after J’onn, disguised as Hawkgirl, saves Alfred from Batman’s giant penny in the Batcave. J’onn flees as Damian alerts the League. Confronted by Superman and Wonder Woman, J’onn telepathically communicates with Diana while shapeshifting vines and snakes into her body to suffocate her. Diana instructs Superman to use his heat vision on her, resulting in J’onn’s death.
