Mr. Mxyzptlk

Mr Mxyzptlk is a fifth-dimension imp who has unlimited control over reality and time, and he uses his powers to mostly mess around with Superman. This version of Mxy is posing as the Spectre so no one other than himself can mess around with Superman.
