Satoru, better known by his hero alias Mumen Rider, is the C-Class, Rank 1 professional hero of the Hero Association.

Strength

• Launches his bike pretty high into the air with his “Justice Crash” (source)
• Hurts Angry Grandpa (who is unharmed by bullets) with his “Justice Tackle”, causing him to drop his hostage (source)
• Hurts Angry Grandpa again with his “Justice Punch”, “Justice Kick”, and “Justice Crane High Kick” (source)
• Defeats Angry Grandpa with a “Justice Crash” (source)
• Launches his bike over Garou’s head (source) ((Garou is 5'9"))

Durability

• Survives a punch from one of Hammerhead’s crew (source) (The crew member was wearing a battle suit that grants enhanced strength enough to be able to knock down a building and send a truck flying)
• Gets back up after taking multiple beatings from Deep Sea King (source) (Deep Sea King was able to one-shot multiple Class-A heroes, incapacitate Genos, defeat Puri Puri Prisoner, and was too strong for Speed-o-Sound Sonic to defeat unarmed)
• Tanks an attack that left craters in the ground (source)
• Is mostly alright after taking a punch from Tanktop Master (source) ((note that Tanktop Master likely held back a bit once he saw Mumen Rider get in the way))
• Survived having his face smashed into the ground by Garou with enough force to crack the ground (source)

Speed

• Leaves splashes far behind him as he rides through the rain (source)
• Using his “Stand-Up Peddling Mode”, Mumen Rider can arrive at a crime scene 2.5 times faster than normal (source) (although this heavily depletes his stamina)
