New Avengers

The New Avengers are a backup team assembled by Tony Stark as a failsafe in case the original Avengers die. Comprising heroes who have previously assisted the Avengers, the team is activated via an emergency message granting them access to Avengers resources. They unite to thwart Kang the Conqueror from imposing his future empire on the present, ultimately defeating him and earning reserve status in the Avengers.
