Fullmetal Alchemist 2003

Scar

Scar

Scar is a man from the region of Ishbal whose true name is unknown. Years ago, his people were massacred by the military of Amestris. As Scar’s brother died in the conflict, he transferred his right arm to him. The tattoos on the arm allow Scar to use a form of alchemy, deconstructing matter without rebuilding it into something else. Using this power, Scar seeks out and kills the state alchemists who led the slaughter of his people.
