SCP-001 - The Gate Guardian
SCP-001 is a Keter class anomaly under watch by The Foundation. It is a humanoid entity approximately seven hundred cubits in height (1033 feet), possessing luminous, wing-like appendages emerging from the shoulders, back, temples, ankles, and wrists. Viewers describe it as having anywhere from 2-108 wings, most commonly 4. SCP-001 stands with its head bowed in supplication, holding its sword in both hands point-down in front of it. Since originally recorded by the Founder over [DATA REDACTED] years ago, it has not deviated from this stance.
SCP-001-2
- SCP-001-2 is a weapon that emits temperatures rivaling that of the sun. (source) ([001])

- When a Multi-Warhead Intercontinental Ballistic Missile is fired at SCP-001, it is presumably destroyed, with the retaliatory strike causing the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami (roughly 475Mt of TNT, compared to Tsar Bomba’s 50Mt). (source) ([001])
