Sheev Palpatine rose through Naboo’s politics to become a Senator, Supreme Chancellor, and Emperor of the Galactic Empire, secretly operating as Sith Lord Darth Sidious. He trained apprentices, orchestrated the Clone Wars, nearly eradicated the Jedi, transformed the Republic into an Empire, and suppressed rebellions.
