Snorlax

Snorlax

Snorlax is a sleeping Normal-type Pokemon owned by Ash Ketchum, captured in the Orange Islands after nearly driving a grapefruit company out of business with his massive appetite. He spends most of his time sleeping at Professor Oak’s lab but is summoned as a powerhouse for battles. Snorlax loves sleeping above all else, often dozing even during battles, and can only be reliably awakened by food, though Ash can sometimes rouse him by request. He is affectionate toward his trainer and teammates but can become aggressive when provoked.
