Stilt-Man

Wilbur Day was a scientist who stole a hydraulic ram device from his employer Carl Kaxton to build his Stilt-Man suit. He attempted to steal a shrink ray but was stopped by Daredevil. Since then, he has sought revenge on Daredevil, engaging in robberies and challenging him publicly in New York. He was killed by The Punisher and recently resurrected by The Jackal.
