Superman - Shogun of Steel

Shogun of Steel is a JLA Elseworlds one-shot comic that reimagines Superman’s origins, where Kal-El lands in 14th century feudal Japan instead of America. Discovered by a fisherman named Toshiro, who names him Hoshi and raises him in the ways of Buddha. After his father’s death, Hoshi joins rebels to fight the tyrannical Lord Zunou, the Shogun of Steel, and liberates Japan. It also features alternate versions of the Justice League.
