Led by the infamous Commander Red, the Red Ribbon Army is a private army dedicated to tracking down and retrieving the Dragon Balls. They are ruthless, uprooting homes and murdering civilians in their quest. The army is so powerful that Earth’s military cannot oppose it, and its influence extends into Dragon Ball Z.
