Ultimate Doctor Octopus

Dr. Otto Octavius is a respected scientist who worked at OsCorp on a S.H.I.E.L.D.-funded project to create a super soldier serum called OZ, while secretly spying for Justin Hammer. An experiment gone wrong fused mechanical arms to his body, turning him into Doctor Octopus. After awakening, he rampaged against Hammer, clashing with Spider-Man and becoming a recurring foe. Later, he gains ferrokinesis to manipulate metal.
