Ultimate Dr. Doom
Victor Van Damme is a billionaire, former dictator of Latveria, super genius scientist, sorcerer supreme and megalomaniac who is obsessed with proving himself as the superior mind to his former friend/rival Reed Richards. At the age of 10, Victor learned he was the descendant of Vlad Tepes Dracula. He later moved to America to study at Baxter Building among other child geniuses where he meet Reed Richards. The two then formed a partnership to develop an N-Zone teleporter. However, Victor reprogrammed the coordinates behind Reed’s back which resulted in the project accidentally altering the genetic structures of Reed, Susan Storm, Johnny, Ben Grimm and Victor himself. Victor’s flesh was mutated into an organic steel body with clawed hands and cloven feet.
